Had a crown fall off they were able to get me in quickly and fix it. The dentist reassured me about why it came off, and gave me advice on how to fix it (grinding my teeth). Didn’t try to talk me into lots of other stuff like some dentists do.

I give Downtown Family Dentistry 5 stars. I am always greeted by friendly faces, and never have to wait to be called back for treatment. Everyone calls me by my name, which is real nice. And I can’t say enough nice things about MY dentist, Dr. Matt. He is kind, considerate, and gentle.

The only dentists I have ever totally trusted my family’s safety with. Love all the staff. I also appreciate the way I’ve seen the staff being treated with respect by the Docs. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Dr. John Walker and his staff are amazing! The facility is very nice and clean. The staff at the front desk are courteous and very helpful in scheduling appointments that fit my schedule. I know that I can contact them at any time with any questions or concerns that I have. The hygienists and assistants are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dr. John Walker is awesome! Every one of my procedures have been done very well and are as painless as possible. He educates his patients about the procedures he is performing and genuinely cares about their health and comfort. I am always at ease knowing what procedure is being done and why. Dr. Walker even called me at the end of his day to see how I was doing after my implant procedure earlier in the day. I recommend Dr. Walker and his staff to all of my friends and family for their dental needs.

ALWAYS remember who I am as soon as I walk in, calling me by name. Light hearted staff that’s not afraid to joke around with you, yet always professional. Great balance. They are great to keep to your appointment times with no long waits. Love this place!

Every time I have been in has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone is friendly and professional. The hygienists I have seen are so kind ad personable! Dr. John makes me feel very comfortable, takes his time, and is sure to check in verbally frequently to make sure I am doing well throughout the appointment. I always leave the dentist in a fantastic mood—which is wild! Love the Walkers!

My children have been patients of John and Matt for about 13 years. So when I was ready to accept at 34 I would be getting dentures, Dr. Matt was who I wanted to see. I didn’t smile big and was always covering my mouth when I spoke, and didn’t dare breathe in anyone’s direction due to the smell. I went in having accepted losing my teeth to Dr. Matt saying he could save mine. Yep! No dentures for me!. My bottom teeth were really bad, and he was very upfront that he thought he could save them, but I might lose the front four. Tiffany worked wonders with my insurance, and I had to pay very little compared to what dentures would have cost me out-of-pocket. That was about two months ago, and I have a great smile and all my teeth! Even the bottom four that were the worst! Dr. Matt was wonderful as always, and his staff is just fabulous. I can’t thank them enough for giving me back my smile.

Very organized, punctual and professional. Matthew had to fix a chip in my teeth with bonding and the results look beyond amazing! I will continue to go to Dr. Walker’s office.
